Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will I receive my item?

It usually takes us 1-2 weeks to make your item, then you can select which postage service you would like depending on how quickly you need your item (between 1-5 working days for UK orders)

2. What if I need it before then?

Please message me if you need your item faster before ordering, I can usually accommodate rush orders when I am not too busy and i can recommend which postage service to select

3. How do I get in contact with you?

4. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, the website is set up for US orders but I can also ship worldwide- please message me for a shipping quote and to order for all other countries. Please bear in mind some countries also have customs charges on arrival.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare event your item arrives damaged we will of course resolve the issue for you, please message me as soon as you can and where possible include pictures of the packaging as well as the damage.

6. Can I return my item?

We cannot accept returns on personalised items, however, if there is an issue with your order please let us know so we can resolve the issue for you.

7. Can I customise the colours or design of my item?

Yes absolutely, I love creating custom designs- please drop me a message and we can create the perfect design for you!

8. Where do I find your shop reviews?

9. Can I send my gift directly to someone else?

Yes absolutely, you can add in their shipping address at the check out and we will post directly to them. If you would like us to include a complimentary handwritten gift card please leave a note when you check out. We can also gift wrap your item for you (for a small additional charge)
